The weekly ledger
One entry per week. A single idea on philosophy, career, or relationships, run through the ledger and priced. No motivation, no hype, and no reading list of twelve items you will not open.
One email per week. Unsubscribe from any message. Addresses are never sold or shared.
What arrives
Each entry takes one framework, commitment, or assumption and runs the arithmetic on it. What it costs weekly, what it returns, and whether the margin justifies holding the position. Some weeks the conclusion is that the position is sound. That is a finding, not a failure of the format.
The subjects rotate across five areas.
- Philosophy audit. Hustle frameworks, grind doctrine, and performance based identity, examined through return on capacity rather than through whether they are admirable.
- Career capital. The relationship between output, identity, and the actual net return on energy invested.
- Relationship ledger. Transactional thinking, avoidant strategies, and what they cost over a long horizon.
- The framework. The audit method itself, the vocabulary, and how to apply both without turning it into another optimisation project.
- Recovery returns. Rebuilding capacity, framed as investment strategy rather than as wellness content.
What does not arrive
No daily sends. No launch sequences dressed as correspondence. No affiliate blocks appended to the end of an idea. Where a book or tool is recommended inside an entry, the recommendation is disclosed and it is made because the item is relevant to the analysis in that entry.
Handling of your address
Your address is used to send the weekly entry and nothing else. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing. Every message carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes the address rather than pausing it. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
